- Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Custom engraved items cannot be returned. These items are personalized and cannot be resold.
- Personalized items cannot be returned. These items are created to your specific requirements and cannot be resold.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the original condition and packaging. If the item is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the cost of shipping for the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.
