Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spice Container

Ingredients

  • 7 gram Basil, Dried
  • 22 gram Oregano, Dried
  • 6 gram Parsley, Dried
  • 12 gram Rosemary, Dried
  • 12 gram Thyme, Dried
  • 14 gram Red Chili Flakes
  • 9 gram Garlic Powder (we leave out)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a small bowl, blend well and pour into a Spice Jar. Typically we will use mason jars to store our spices in as they seal well. Keep in a cool, dry, dark spice cupboard and this will last for up to a year. It rarely lasts 2 months in our home.

Notes

You can easily leave the garlic out if you have sensitivities or allergies.
Also consider adding or changing one of the herbs to marjoram if you would like.
