Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Cabbage, shredded (any combination of green and purple)
  • 125 g Carrot, shredded or ribboned
  • 90 g Mayonnaise
  • 35 g White Wine Vinegar
  • 9 g Black Pepper
  • 3 g Salt

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir to combine
  • Make ahead 2-4 hours to let the flovours combine
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve
